Tolbert Oullo* – Uganda

Logistics Coordinator

Oullo grew up in a polygamous family and recalls having a very bitter heart. However, when he was in a high school, a friend invited him to a prayer group called Young Christian Students where he was radically saved. He learned how to forgive and pray for his family members and others in his life. His bitter heart was replaced with a heart full of peace. He is now seen as the peacemaker in his home which he knows is only possible because he put all his trust in Jesus.

Oullo got involved in Young Life in 2011 through a friend who invited him to go to camp. Oullo went to camp and enjoyed every moment of it. After coming home, he became a campaigner kid. One year later, Oullo started volunteer leading and eventually, he was made an associate volunteer area director, where he served for five years. He now serves as the logistics coordinator for Uganda.
