Zinnah Yallah – Liberia

Regional Director

Zinnah is a regional director in Young Life Liberia, supervising work in the Gardnerville and Monrovia areas. He is friendly, peaceful, and faithful.

Zinnah met Jesus during the civil war in Liberia where he made a vow to God: “If He saves me, I will follow Him for the rest of my life.” Zinnah grew up in a Christian home, sang in the children’s choir, went to Sunday school but never had a personal relationship with Jesus until he accepted Jesus in 1995 at the Sinkor Assembly of God Church when a friend of Zinnah’s invited him to church after the war. Zinnah got involved in Young Life through his friends Paul Kangar and James Davis. They shared the vision of Young Life with him and, after taking time to pray about it, the Lord led Zinnah to be a part of this life-changing mission. Zinnah is married to Patience and they have two children.
