At HOT (Hands on Training), younger leaders are given the chance to learn and grow both practically and actively. They are going to schools and doing contact work together. They learn everything from fundraising, to time management and how to balance one’s personal life amidst a demanding ministry schedule. It’s a combination of leadership lectures, immersion into ministry and fellowship with one another.
