A Young Life Expedition is unique – we connect people with Young Life staff in Africa to build relationships and have once in a lifetime experiences. From serving alongside others at camp or in the community to checking an adventure off your bucket list, we believe a trip to Africa will grow our faith and understanding of one another across cultures and continents. It is a life changing experience.

Expeditions staff are here to help with accounting, communication, fundraising and travel logistics while coaching teams in cultural intelligence, travel safety and offering prayer support.

Group Trips. Bring your friends and family to Africa!
Let us custom design a trip for your group – Young Life area, college group, friends, family or church group. Young Life Africa staff will host you from the time you arrive until you return to the airport for your flight home. The Expedition experience includes working alongside local ministry serving as work crew, visiting a day camp or club or walking around the neighborhood to engage with kids. Trips are typically 10-14 days and can include extra excursions like a safari or visits to other sites in Africa.
Prices vary based on location and length of trip. Trips are fully customizable.
