In high school, Adugna met a Young Life leader who invited him to club. He loved the games played at club, but more importantly he loved how the leaders made learning about God seem fun instead of boring. When Adugna was 16 years old, he was invited to Young Life camp and it changed his life. Here he heard the gospel and began a relationship with God. His leader saw his potential and encouraged him to become a volunteer leader after high school. Today Adugna is an area director overseeing seven clubs and over 80 leaders in Dredawa and Harar.
