Bheki’s sister introduced him to Jesus in 2005 and continued to disciple him in his faith. Then in high school, Bheki’s first introduction to Young Life was by Area Director Patson Mpofu. He is a ripe fruit from Patson’s leadership tree. Discipleship has been a recurring theme in Bheki’s walk with the Lord. Now Bheki leads kids to Christ and develops their leadership skills, just as Patson did for him. Always with a smile on his face, Bheki now leads club in the Nkulumane neighborhood of Bulawayo in southern Zimbabwe to introduce kids to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith.
