Dyan Larmey has been on staff almost 30 years in a variety of roles from Area Director to Regional, Divisional and Global.  Dyan is wife to Steve Larmey and mom to four adult kids. Currently, Dyan serves as the Director of the Women’s Leadership Initiative and Staff Development for Young Life Africa/ Middle East. She directs YoungLives for the triple geography of Africa West, Africa East, and Africa South.  She also oversees the raising up of women staff into roles of leadership throughout the continent.

Dyan also founded a non-profit, Karama Collections, a high quality jewelry and leather goods company hand crafted by African artisans, which partners with Mercy House Global, a company that shares a heart for dignified work. Mercy House Global’s mission is to engage, empower, and disciple women by providing jobs to break the cycles of poverty and human trafficking.
