Frederick Ochieng Malowa – Kenya

Frederick first heard of Young Life in 2009 through an invitation to camp from his leader, Richard Odongo. Before meeting Jesus, he felt completely hopeless in life. However, upon grasping God’s new hope and unfailing love, Frederick gave his life to Jesus. Frederick continued to meet with Richard through Campaigners meetings after returning home from camp. His depth and love for the Lord continued to increase. Not long afterwards, Frederick became a Developing Global Leaders student and a volunteer leader. When he finished college, Frederick continued to lead and serve Jesus faithfully. The ways he grew in his faith in college paved the way for his current role. Today, Frederick oversees Young Life College/University in Kenya.
