Peter Isoka – Uganda

Area Director

Peter’s relationship with Jesus started during a community worship time at Uganda Christian University in 2010. Peter was touched by the gospel, and raised his hand during the altar call. After making this decision, he wanted his life to reflect a path of righteousness. He first heard about Young Life from his friend Patrick, who took him to a Young Life club and encouraged him to start Young Life in his community. Today, Peter oversees Young Life as an area director of two neighborhoods in Tororo where club numbers continue to rise. He is thankful for leaders in his area who sacrifice their resources and lives in order to proclaim the gospel to the next generation.
