Rancy Barsaye – Liberia

Associate Regional Director

Rancy’s big smile and easy-going personality makes him likable and attractive to kids and leaders. He was recently promoted to associate regional director in the Douzon area of Liberia. The Lord completely transformed Rancy’s life. After selling drugs on the street in his youth, he met the Lord who radically changed Rancy’s path. Rancy was one of the original staff members along with James Davis who started Young Life ministry in Liberia over ten years ago.
