Asfa’s New Faith

Afsa grew up around Christian friends, but her because parents are Mulsim, they never approved of these friendships. She started going to Young Life club with some friends and she began learning about Jesus in a brand-new way. While Afsa was respectful of her parent’s beliefs, she questioned if those beliefs were what she wanted for her own life. As Young Life helped her grow in her knowledge of Jesus, she chose to follow Jesus with her entire life. Her parents are still not comfortable with her decision and keep her from gathering freely with other Christians as Afsa would like to do. She has asked for prayers so that she can openly practice her faith in Jesus and that her family would know Jesus as she does.
