Beatrice’s journey with Christ began when a neighbor who was like a mother to her shared the message of Jesus. In 2012,  Kelfala Koroma — then leading Young Life in Bo — visited the school where she was teaching and introduced her to Young Life. Since then, her walk with the Lord has grown deeply. Now serving as the area director for Bo East, Beatrice oversees 15 ministry centers along with four additional centers in the surrounding villages that she calls “village ministry.” Through volunteer  leaders who are always ready to serve, she knows there is nothing God cannot do.
