Emmanuel was raised in a Christian family. In 2010 he gave his life to Jesus at church. However, his relationship with Jesus was stagnant until he went to Young Life sports camp. At camp he heard a gospel message that challenged the seriousness of his faith. From that day he started pursuing growth in his knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ. After graduating high school, he was invited to join Young Life leadership. Now he directs Young Life in Blantyre and the surrounding areas.
