Hanna Badassa – Ethiopia

Area Director

Hanna was raised in a family that loved the Lord. Her parents were Christians so she grew up going to church but made a personal commitment to Jesus when she was a teenager. When Hanna was in high school, she went to Young Life club and loved that Young Life was about Jesus Christ and having fun. When she finished high school, Hanna decided to get involved with Young Life again and started volunteering as a leader. Now Hanna has dedicated her life to reaching out to teenagers to share the gospel through Young Life. Hanna now works as the area director in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where she has two active clubs that reach teenagers across three different high schools. She gives all the credit to God for the amazing things He is doing in and through her life.
