Kenneth Tayebwa* – Uganda

Kenneth first met Jesus while attending a youth conference through his church. A few years later, in 2015, a group of Young Life leaders came to his school and began to share the gospel with them. The leaders’ vibrant and joyful personalities were what attracted him to Young Life, and he wanted to keep attending. When Kenneth later learned more about the mission and vision of the ministry, he knew he wanted to be a Young Life leader who leads others to Jesus. Today, Kenneth is an area director whose kind-heartedness is evident in the way he compassionately leads teenagers in his area.
