Area Director

Patrick first heard about Young Life after he graduated from high school. He had not been at a church activity in over eight years because his father would always cause a disruption during their services. In 2016, his friend Simon mentioned Young Life to him, and it took four years for Patrick to jump fully into the ministry. His area held a prayer walk during the pandemic and the Holy Spirit spoke clearly to Patrick’s heart, “This is the right time for you to hand over your problems to God.” Patrick returned home from the prayer walk filled with joy and excitement to pursue his faith. A few days later, he had a dream where he felt God tell him to share his Word with the Ugandan people through Young Life. Since then, Patrick has been faithful to his calling in the mission and now serves as an area director.
