When Tigest’s aunt learned about the love of Jesus, she immediately invited Tigest to join her at an upcoming church conference. There, Tigest felt the Holy Spirit touch her life and that day she began her relationship with Jesus. In 2012, her friend, Grum, who was a Young Life leader, told her about the ministry. He invited Tigest to become a leader too. Around this same time, God gave Tigest a vision to spread the gospel to young people. Today Tigest is an area director in Dire Dawa where she supervises one girls ministry, two high school clubs, one WyldLife club, and one neighborhood club.
