Logistics Coordinator

Tolbert grew up in a polygamous family and recalls having a bitter heart. When he was in high school, a friend invited him to a prayer group called Young Christian Students where he was radically saved. He learned how to forgive and pray for his family and friends. His bitterness was replaced with a heart full of peace. He is now seen as a peacemaker which he knows is possible because he put his trust in Jesus. Tolbert’s involvement with Young Life began when a friend invited him to go to camp which he enjoyed. He dove deeper into his relationship with Jesus through a Campaigners group. One year later, Tolbert started as a volunteer leader. He eventually became an associate volunteer area director and now serves as the logistics coordinator for Uganda.
