What started as a quick game of soccer with a new acquaintance turned into a lifelong friendship. Steve told Wycliffe about Young Life and invited him to club. Not knowing what to expect, Steve was drawn in by the fun atmosphere, welcoming community, and genuine love from the leaders. Club was a place where Jesus felt real and relatable. This set him up to accept Jesus later that summer at a Young Life camp. Over time, Wycliffe continued to serve Young Life in different respects: on work crew, leading Campaigners, and being a Young Life leader. Today, Wycliffe is the area director in Kikuyu in central Kenya.
