Designed for college students ready for a high-impact summer, you’ll join an exclusive cohort serving alongside students in Malawi who are actively leading the Young Life College movement on their own campuses. From the streets of Lilongwe to a Young Life camp, you’ll be fully immersed as Summer Staff — assisting local leaders, participating in Campaigners, running high-energy clubs, leading games, serving on a work project, and facilitating life-changing gospel conversations.
The mission is only half the story. After we serve, we’ll transition into a safari or adventure experience in one of Africa’s most iconic landscapes — a space for deep spiritual development, celebrating ministry wins and the wonders of the continent together.
Expedition Overview
- Serve as Summer Staff at a Young Life camp in Malawi — facilitate program, skits, serve meals, and sit in on gospel-centered cabin times
- Partner with Malawian college students leading Young Life College on their own campuses
- Run clubs, lead games, and join Campaigners alongside local leaders
- Take on a collaborative work project with the local community and students
- Close the trip with a safari or adventure experience and team debrief

| July 14 – 15 | Work Project & Ministry · Collaborative service project with the local community and students · Club and Campaigners |
| July 16 – 18 | Serve at Camp · Prep and serve at a Young Life camp alongside local leaders — program, skits, meals, and cabin times |
| July 19 – 20 | Safari or Adventure · Team debrief and reflection, celebrating ministry wins and the wonders of the continent |
| July 21 – 22 | Journey Home · Depart for the U.S. to share the story with your community |
