Chad Edwards – Group Senior Vice President

Chad lives in Wichita, Kansas, with his wife, Renee, and their three children, Jacob, Avery, and Wes. Chad graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in marketing and then served as Chief of Staff for the Speaker of the House in Kansas. In 1999, Chad and Renee, along with Billy and Stephanie Boyle, moved to Portugal to start Young Life International. Since this time, Chad has held various leadership roles within Young Life International for International Operations, Developing Global Leaders, and Field Initiatives. Chad most recently served as the Senior Vice President for Europe from 2014 to 2019 and Group Senior Vice President for U.S. West from 2019 to 2023.
