Sakhile Cyndy Moyo – Zimbabwe

Cyndy grew up in a family that went to church, but only because her granny made her attend. She did not know the importance of prayer, had anger issues, and hated being around people. When Cyndy was 15, she started to better understand Christianity while attending her local church. Then she got baptized after accepting Jesus Christ as her personal savior. After she was baptized as a child of God, she was able to socialize better with people, practice self-control, and share the gospel with others. Cyndy got involved with Young Life in 2016 when a friend invited her to club. She quickly realized it was something she wanted to do — to stand up for the needy and vulnerable in her community. Cyndy now serves as an area director in Zimbabwe.
