Abel met Jesus when he was 15 years old at a summer camp in Cote d’Ivoire that brought together over five hundred children from different cities. Abel felt a strange sensation while the speaker was speaking during the camp, and he got convicted and accepted Jesus. Abel got involved with Young Life after hearing about the organization from some friends. His interest developed because he saw it as a call from God, not man. Abel is a courageous, ambitious, and innovative leader who always wished to bring joy to kids by sharing the word of God with them like he had been doing since 2011 to present. Let’s keep praying for Abel that God will continue to use him for his kingdom.
