Area Director

Bright grew up in a Catholic family. He began to go to Church with a neighborhood friend, and found the different atmosphere welcoming. As an adult, a friend invited him to a Young Life club. Because of his love of teenagers, he took the idea of Young Life back to his neighborhood and began to train as a volunteer leader. He then got help from other area directors to start a club. Bright now has 12 clubs under his leadership in Harare. His team of over 100 volunteer leaders focus on building relationships with young people to share the message of Jesus. Bright continues to faithfully grow his area by doing prayer walks in new, targeted areas to reach even more young people with the good news of Jesus.
